How We Handle Your Information
Last updated October 2026.
The Episode Architect is a free planning tool from Gwendolyn Speaks. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you share.
What We Collect
The details you type into the form: your show, audience, and episode notes, plus your name, email, and optionally your role and show website. If you use Question Lab, the questions you paste. We also see your IP address to prevent abuse, and a security check from Cloudflare may read basic browser signals.
How We Use It
To generate the brief you asked for, and to keep a record of this media contact so Gwendolyn can follow up about this conversation. Your contact details and a summary of your episode are kept in the Gwendolyn Speaks contact system (HighLevel). If you click “Invite Gwendolyn to Collaborate,” your show details, your brief, and the suggested conversations are shared with her.
Your show and episode notes, and any questions you paste into Question Lab, are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write your results. Your name and contact details are never sent to the AI. If you ask for an email copy of your brief, we send it through our email provider, Resend. If our contact system is briefly unavailable, your name, email, and show name may be held in our hosting provider's server logs (for at most 30 days) so we can still follow up.
Email and Marketing
If you ask for a copy of your brief, we email it to you once. Asking for it doesn't add you to any list. We only send media-planning ideas and updates if you check the box that asks for them. Leaving it unchecked never signs you up, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link inside it.
What We Don't Do
There are no accounts, and this site doesn't keep a library of your briefs. Your in-progress work is kept only in this browser tab until you close it. Copy, print, or email yourself the brief if you want to keep it. We don't sell your information.
